Walked 2.5 miles today outside not a treadmill. Which is a major bonus for me cause I almost never leave my bed when I’m on my period so to walk 2 miles outdoors is a big moment for me. I walked to a new neighborhood I’ve never been to and I think I’ve mapped out the sidewalks enough now to be able to do a 5 mile + walk without having to do a bunch of circles to get all my steps in. I wanna be walking 10 miles a day at some point.
