Hi, here's some quick clips of my morning routine, targeting mostly lower body and abs☺️ I do all leg exercises with resistance bands.
I try to do these every morning:
- 1 minute and 30 second plank (30 plank twists and 1 minute normal plank)
- 30 second side plank (each side but I forgot to film this one)
- 100 squats
- 1 minute pulsing squats
- 50 ankle kickbacks (each side)
- 50 glute bridges
- 50 frog bridges
- 50 bridges with a b d u c t i on
- 100 plank twists
