Things to remember!🥰 There is always a choice! We don't have to spend our lives doing things we don't like and associating with people we don't like. Our choice is to do what we can to change that😋💘 I have a lot of it! Gratitude is a great thing. When you feel down, remember what you have now: your health, your studies, your loved ones. And some people have nothing from that list, nothing at all🍑 People are kind! We often fixate on other people's faults. Try to do the opposite: everyone has good qualities. And the world immediately becomes a better place🍓
