My story of my sleep struggles ðīâĻI want to share with you my story of how I struggled with sleep issues. We all go through difficult periods and this was one of those times for me. ðĪŊ A few months ago, I noticed that my sleep was getting worse: I couldn't fall asleep for long periods of time, often waking up in the middle of the night and feeling wrecked in the morning. ðĐ It was not only affecting my mood, but also my productivity. I realized that I needed to change something! At first I tried different methods: meditation, yoga and even special relaxation apps. ð§ââïļâĻ But unfortunately, it didn't always work. At some point I realized that I needed more mindfulness in my daily routine. I started following my regimen: I decreased my screen time before bed, started following routines, and even found my perfect bedtime ritual: a hot bath, reading a book, and a cup of herbal tea. ðâ It really helped me relax and prepare for sleep.
