

✨in ‘40 Days to Personal Revolution’ week 4 is about relaxing with what is, removing rocks from our way- what’s blocking us from actualizing what we need/want etc…and Atomic Habits encourages us to keep our commitments - our habits that we are working on making long lasting, sustainable habits- I’ve been working through some things that can be considered real meaty rocks - and allowing myself the permission to follow the flow of what I need…showing up to the gym even if it is wasn’t a knock-down-drag-out meat slap event- I made it. Where have you been able to relax with what is, what rocks are in your way- and if you removed them, what would be possible? Whatever that thing or things is/are- let’s fucking celebrate that! Did you act with a little more kindness to yourself? Treat yourself to some R&R? Allow your body to ask for what it needs OR push yourself to a new personal record?☀️✨
