Added 2021-07-19 17:06:29 +0000 UTCMy shoulders are so tense from sleep paralysis this morning. I thought someone was in my house and I couldn't move my body. I dreamed that I got up and struggled to open the blinds for light but when I ripped them down it was pitch black outside. Took me like 20 minutes to actually be able to get up for real. My body is so sore.
