I filmed this Tantric Emotional Release practice... I recently experienced a very hurtful, disrespectful and abusive relationship... Which is challenging in itself because I love this person who so badly mistreated, misused and abused me, my trust, and my rights and dignity as a human being.
So sharing this practice with you all is a very real, raw, vulnerable and authentic transmission fo Emotional Release Rituals.
Emotional Release is a very important component of Emotional regulation and emotional intelligence.
Sexual energy, or life force energy, is a direct channel for our emotions to flow through and be seen and felt and heard. Blocking, repressing or denying our uncomfortable emotions creates many dysfunctions- in sexuality and relationships.
This tantric ritual for emotional release is something that I teach my clients to help build emotional regulation, and move through dysfunctions.
