Chopped mushrooms of any kind or other veggies

Bake for 12 minutes 🧑🍳
Top pizza with:
Cilantro
Sliced avocado
Ranch dressing
BAM easy healthy pizza!! Serve with a salad and call it a night… that’s what we’re doing and watching the new Bachelor episode hometown dates! 🤪

We’ve learnt over the last 7 years of traveling that many things are out of our control when traveling…
this weeks podcast episode is all about how one vacation could turn our entire life upside down and nearly be the end of our relationship. 😱

The best gift you can give her is a lifetime of adventures 🐾 🏕
Me and @beyourwild love getting down & dirty, literally… we love camping, hiking, and anything in nature.
One of our favorite things to do every summer was take our car and go camping across the US.
This shot was taken in Zion National Park at a glamping spot and nothing is more romantic than waking up in the desert and mountains with a sky full of stars and maybe some tarantulas 🕷
If your partner loves nature I highly suggest surprising them with a weeekend of glamping!

We moved to Mexico and we absolutely LOVE it ❤️
Coming from separate countries with different passports it’s not easy to find our home base during these crazy times but Mexico was our easiest, safest, happiest and top choice.
So we found a house we loved, applied for residency, established our go-to places, made new friends, rescued some street dogs and started our podcast so we could share with you our adventures and lessons!

We’re very excited because we got a new set of weights from Walmart yesterday so we will be able to do more exercises! Or well especially @beyourwild because before we had either really light weights or very heavy at our home gym so she had more limitations with upper body exercises 🤪

• 20 jump squats
• 20 standing abd. (each leg)
• 20 donkey kicks (each leg)
• 20 walking lunges (each leg)

• Kelsey @beyourwild is from USA, Thomas is from Austria
• we both served in the army in different countries
• we have traveled to over 35 countries together
• we moved to Mexico in 2020 and are SO happy
• kelsey is a playboy playmate doing social media full time including instagram, only fans, YouTube and tiktok
• thomas is getting his masters in real estate, loves investing, politics and crypto currency’s
• since moving to Mexico we started rescuing dogs and have rescued 7 dogs so far
• we started our podcast january 2022!

Is it just us or is Italy one of everyone’s top country to visit in Europe?! 🇮🇹 🍝
Reasons to love Italy:
• FOOD yea thats a given cause you can never go wrong with pizza or pasta!
