6 days straight of gym work. My body hurts every morning bad enough I can barely move out of bed. Tubes from last emergency surgery came out Wednesday🙌! I keep two mega caffeine sodas next to the bed so I can swill one down once I can reach it….. I’m excited to just keep after rebuilding. Strongman Goddess rebuild 💪😤😁 #truefitlife #myFlamingInstinct

15 months of fighting to live has been accomplished. Breast Cancer is in remission. A brand new left hip 8 weeks old and Tubes in my chest from my 8th major surgery (in last 7 months) - tubes out tomorrow. Now! With my 8 months of virgin hair growth I hope to be able to hold onto the path of rebirth. Rebuilding my body, strength, size and mental fortitude. My beast within is screaming to be released. My cancer journey took me from 172lbs of lean muscle to 121lb of less lean muscle. Now at 140 slightly soft I’m looking forward to finding my groove. Watch me battle and grow my ugly duckling back into the Muscle Goddess and release my inner shine brighter and brighter 💪😤☀️😁✨ Phoenix rising
